It is a rewarding experience being on our Waves Dance Company competitive team.  The dancers are hand selected by the teachers of Waves of Motion Dance Center.  Our goal is to create a warm environment where students can learn the art and discipline it takes to grow as a dancer on a competitive level.  The team bonding A strong work ethic, dedication, commitment, passion, are just a few of the attributes we look for in a dancer.  We can turn anyone into a competitive dancer but the will and drive must be in the dancer!  Although we work hard, we also have tons of fun at sleepovers at the studio, team bonding events, parties, and pool parties.

Waves Dance Company consists of 3 divisions - Petite, Junior & Teen. Across these 3 divisions are 3 teams; technical team, hip hop team, and tap team.  We compete in 3 Competitions and a National Competition once every other year.  We also participate at local community events as well.
